The Role
As a Sales and Service Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with our guests, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to help them achieve their fitness objectives. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that our facilities are always immaculate and inviting.

What We Offer
We offer a salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. We also provide opportunities for professional growth and development through ongoing training and education programs.
