Job Overview:
School District 49 is in search of a dedicated BASE49 Site Assistant. This role involves engaging with children aged 5-10 during before and after school hours.
Eligibility: Applicants must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this position.
Work Schedule: School Year - 164 days
Reports to: BASE49 Manager
Compensation: The hourly wage ranges from $18.82 to $23.69, contingent upon relevant prior experience. The actual starting pay will be determined following a review of the applicant's work history provided in the application and resume.
Employment Type: Full-time. Employees in this role may work up to 6.5 hours per day based on student enrollment and attendance during regular school days. On non-school contract days, hours may extend up to 8 hours, depending on enrollment and attendance. Additional hours worked will be considered extra and are not included in salary annualization. The number of days or hours is not guaranteed as this position is contingent on the staff-to-student ratio needs.
