About the Role

We are seeking an experienced LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team. As a valued member of our healthcare staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals, providing personalized care and support to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cover open shifts as assigned and agreed upon
  • Work collaboratively with facility staff to provide quality nursing care to our residents
  • Provide compassionate care and support to residents and families
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current LPN license in the State of New Jersey
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills
