Always Compassionate Home Care is a leading provider of community-based services, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our patients. We are seeking certified Home Health Aides/Personal Care Aides (HHAs/PCAs) to join our team.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Meets health state requirements
  • Recent physical
  • 2 PPD's or QuantiFERON Blood Test
  • Three professional references
  • Positive and compassionate attitude
Responsibilities:
  • Read patient's care plan
  • Observe and monitor changes in patient condition
  • Maintain a healthful and safe environment
  • Provide nutritional and environmental support
  • Assist patients with personal services, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, snacks, toileting, etc.
  • Provide medication reminders
