Job Title: Traffic Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Project Manager to join our Civil, Traffic team. In this role, you will work on various transportation projects with state and local transportation agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform engineering analysis and supporting calculations/documentation relating to traffic safety and operations.
  • Coordinate the drafting of project deliverables for various clients.
  • Develop and execute project work plans.
  • Manage project analysis and deliverables.
  • Work in a collaborative environment with team members, senior staff, and external clients.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of diverse and progressive civil transportation and traffic engineering experience.
  • Licensed PE in the state of MA or planning to obtain licensure within one year.
  • PTOE License preferred.
  • B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience working with public agencies and/or municipalities. MassDOT experience is preferred.
  • Progressive experience with developing plans analysis and reports per DOT standards and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and client relation skills.
  • Strong organization skills with a track record for adhering to design budgets and schedules.
  • Advanced use of project-specific software such as CADD, Synchro, GIS, etc.
