Overview:

JCSI, a distinguished leader in the deli products sector, presents an exceptional opportunity for a Production Operations Supervisor. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to guarantee efficient workflows, high-quality output, and effective team dynamics. Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily manufacturing activities
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction
  • Manage 1st shift production
  • Develop and guide a proficient production team
  • Evaluate operations for enhancements in cost-effectiveness and quality

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing management
  • Background in quality control and safety protocols
  • Experience in food production is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
