We are seeking a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to join our team at Rendevor Dialysis. As a CCHT, you will utilize your technical and critical thinking skills daily to perform and monitor dialysis treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Performing and monitoring dialysis treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Utilizing technical and critical thinking skills to ensure accurate and safe treatment
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to a positive and productive work environment

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Nationally recognized Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician certification (CCHT) or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• One year of recent clinical dialysis experience required (experience must be within the last two years)
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and satisfactorily communicate in English
• Strong technical/computer proficiency with laptops, tablets, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, etc.

This role exists in a hospital or in the medical unit of a post-acute or correctional facility. This role may include exposure to chemicals and blood-borne pathogens. This role routinely involves the use of both medical and standard office equipment.
