Compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in York, Pennsylvania. As a licensed therapist with a passion for delivering high-quality care, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients in their homes, providing expert physical therapy services and promoting independence.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist, a current PA Physical Therapist license, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. In return, we offer a competitive salary of $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
About this role:
- Provide home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as mobility assessments, strength evaluations, and balance testing.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions.
- Educate and instruct clients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote health and safety.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using state-of-the-art technology.
Requirements:
- A current PA Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
