Job Summary

As an Optician at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our members receive the best possible experience when purchasing eyewear and contact lenses. You will be the face of our optical department, working closely with our members to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions, measuring, adjusting, and repairing frames and lenses.
  • Process member purchases, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized optical area, including stocking merchandise, setting up displays, and ensuring that all products are properly priced and signed.
  • Work closely with our optical team to ensure that all members receive the best possible service and experience.

Requirements
