Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting the Nurse Manager and nursing staff in addressing the healthcare requirements of individuals within our Residential Program.
  • Maintaining effective communication with program personnel, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders involved in the care of our clients.
  • Delivering direct support to individuals as necessary, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
  • Utilizing your knowledge of medical terminology and proper medication administration to support clinical practices.

Compensation:
The position offers a competitive salary of $18.55/hour.

Work Schedule:
This role typically follows a schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of extended hours or a flexible schedule as needed.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A valid NYS Driver's License.
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Direct Support Professional in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) sector.
