Job Summary:

The Radiology Technologist will work under the supervision of a licensed radiologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans. You will be responsible for preparing patients for exams, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Operate imaging equipment, including X-ray machines and MRI scanners
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including disinfecting equipment and disposing of waste
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in radiology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
