Job Posting:
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner Core to provide comprehensive patient care in a retail clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient-Centered Quality and Safety:
Educate patients on health maintenance to promote optimal outcomes.
Evaluate, make recommendations, co-manage, and treat patients' medical needs.
Document all patient care within an electronic health record.
Contribute to the development of Patient-Centered Practice Teams.
Respond to patient inquiries throughout the day.

Customer Service Excellence:
Enhance patient engagement and satisfaction through effective communication and feedback integration.
Maintain open lines of communication with patients and colleagues.

Healthcare Environment Management:
Resolve conflicts using appropriate management techniques.
Build relationships among practice employees and retail store colleagues.
Balance priorities to manage patient care efficiently.
Adapt to new patient care models for clinic effectiveness.
Assist with the hiring and development of practice staff.
Validate insurance coverage and integrate it into care plans.

Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Application for DEA required at the time of offer.

Education:
Completion of a Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program.
Current National Board Certification and state license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.

Vaccination:

All employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by their start date, subject to approved medical or religious exemptions.


Work Schedule:
Clinic hours, requiring work every other weekend.
