About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled intensive care nurse specialist to join our team at Infojini. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and Manage Patient Care: Evaluate patients' medical conditions, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and coordinate patient transfers.
- Administer Medication and Treatments: Safely administer medications, perform procedures, and initiate IV infusions as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Document patient responses, treatment outcomes, and care activities in accordance with organizational policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Nursing Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU nursing, with a strong background in critical care principles and practices.
- Certifications and Licenses: Current RN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact; Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
