Construction HSE Coordinator

Primoris Renewable Energy is a leading provider of construction services for the renewable energy sector. We are currently seeking a Construction HSE Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating HSE activities on construction sites, including developing and implementing HSE plans, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance to employees and contractors on HSE matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE plans for construction projects
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards
• Provide guidance and support to employees and contractors on HSE matters
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as occupational health and safety or environmental science
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the construction or renewable energy sector
• OSHA 30 certification and CHST certification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range: $24-$30 per hour
