Job Description

We are looking for a senior AI/ML engineer to join our dynamic team at Eightfold.ai, driving the development of cutting-edge solutions in AI-powered talent intelligence. As a key member of our AI/ML team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, robust, and efficient ML pipelines that power our core products.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and inspire: Mentor and guide a team of talented ML Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  2. Architect and implement: Design and build scalable, robust, and efficient ML pipelines that power our core products.
  3. Innovate and optimize: Develop novel algorithms and continuously improve our existing models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  4. Solve complex problems: Tackle challenging real-world problems in areas like natural language processing, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP, with a proven track record of developing and deploying ML models at scale.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and develop innovative solutions.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive base salary range of $203,000 to $239,000 per annum, plus discretionary performance bonus up to 20% and pre-IPO equity (stock). We also provide comprehensive benefits, including family medical, vision, and dental coverage, a competitive base salary, and eligibility for equity awards and discretionary bonuses or commissions.
