Job Description:
Precision Neuroscience is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Director to lead our efforts in developing cutting-edge machine learning solutions for brain-computer interface (BCI) applications. This role is crucial to advancing our mission of creating transformative technologies that bridge the gap between the human brain and digital systems.

Established in 2021, we are a leader in the development and commercialization of BCI. Our platform will enable individuals to regain independence, communicate with loved ones, and return to work. We collaborate with experts across diverse fields, including neurosurgery, mechanical engineering, and microfabrication, to push the boundaries of what is possible.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute Precision Neuroscience's machine learning strategy, aligned with the company's long-term product roadmap.
• Lead the design and implementation of machine learning models for decoding neural signals and optimizing closed-loop BCI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of machine learning solutions into our products.
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of machine learning engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and growth.

Requirements:
• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Neuroscience, or a related field with a focus on machine learning, artificial intelligence, or signal processing.
• At least 10+ years of experience in machine learning, with at least 5+ years in industry working on machine-learning based products.
• Proven track record of leading machine learning teams and projects, ideally within a start-up or fast-paced, innovative environment.
