Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect patient care in an inpatient or outpatient setting under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, provide personal care, comfort, and maintain a safe and clean environment for assigned patients.
  • Provide and maintain bodily and emotional comfort to Hospice patients and families, and educate them on maintaining independent living in a safe environment.
  • Pledge to prioritize patient comfort and care above all else.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to patients and families, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
