Responsibilities:
  • Deliver skilled nursing interventions, rehabilitative care, and preventative treatments
  • Implement the nursing plan of care effectively and communicate with the healthcare team
  • Maintain highest standards of professional conduct and confidentiality
  • Document patient care and maintain compliance with company policies
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program
  • Current nursing license, CPR certification, and 2 years of clinical experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits:

$44,200 - $60,900 per year
