Senior Auditor Role

At Holman Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Auditor to join our team. As a Senior Auditor, you will lead a team of staff auditors to perform and document tests of the company financial records. You will assist in the audit risk assessment for audits of all operations of the company and train entry-level auditors in proper documentation of substantive audit procedures and documentation of process controls. You will also provide direction and on-hand instruction on how to conduct tests to determine compliance with accounting standards, laws, regulations, and company policies. Additionally, you will review the work of others and provide coaching, present and discuss audit findings with management, perform root cause analyses, and write recommendations to improve processes.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a four-year college degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or CIA certification is a plus. You should have a minimum of three years' relevant experience in the field of accounting or auditing. You should be able to multitask and organize and/or prioritize tasks for others. You should also be able to grasp and communicate concepts and respond to coaching. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should be able to provide coaching to those with less experience and interact and work with employees at all levels in the organization, including business units and executive management. Problem-solving skills and the ability to lead in a team setting are also required.

Pay

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $56,400.00 - $81,775.00 USD annually for full-time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
