Job Summary

Our global manufacturing client is seeking a seasoned Finance Leader to drive financial growth and success. As a key member of the senior management team, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and internal control systems.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the senior management team, providing insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, coordinating with external auditors and managing the audit process.
  • Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's growth objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the company's financial performance, reporting on financial risks and opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree would be a plus.
  • CPA certification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance leadership role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Prior experience in a Big 4 firm is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
