Transportation/Logistics Admin Manager
Job SummaryThis role involves managing supply chain procedures, vendor documentation, and customer enrollment processes to ensure smooth operations in logistics and transportation.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and agents to collect and manage necessary documentation.
- Set up and authenticate vendor bank accounts in our ERP system.
- Monitor daily progress in vendor, customer, and agent management tasks.
- Resolve freight claims efficiently by coordinating with insurance providers and underwriters.
- Research and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative and clerical support as required.
- At least 3-5 years of administration experience in logistics or transportation.
- Detailed-oriented with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in data entry, recordkeeping, and advanced Excel functions.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Prior experience in logistics or transportation is an asset.
- Annual salary: $85,000
