Job Title

Transportation/Logistics Admin Manager

Job Summary

This role involves managing supply chain procedures, vendor documentation, and customer enrollment processes to ensure smooth operations in logistics and transportation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and agents to collect and manage necessary documentation.
  2. Set up and authenticate vendor bank accounts in our ERP system.
  3. Monitor daily progress in vendor, customer, and agent management tasks.
  4. Resolve freight claims efficiently by coordinating with insurance providers and underwriters.
  5. Research and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  6. Provide administrative and clerical support as required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 3-5 years of administration experience in logistics or transportation.
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in data entry, recordkeeping, and advanced Excel functions.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in logistics or transportation is an asset.
