We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in driving restaurant profitability, staffing, people development, product quality, customer satisfaction, image, and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in managing the restaurant, including restaurant profitability, staffing, people development, product quality, customer satisfaction, image, and culture.
  • In the absence of the General Manager, perform all managerial duties.
  • Report to the General Manager and directly supervise all restaurant team members.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or guest service environment.
  • Previous experience in management required.
  • Ability to read, listen to, and follow directions, communicate with English-speaking guests, and count change as required.
  • Ability to maintain a stationary position (e.g., standing) for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to move around the store to attend to the needs of guests and team members.
  • Ability to position self to move items weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to shelves and to cabinets above and below counter height.
  • Ability to position self to reach items under counter height.
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to commercial cleaning solvents.
  • Ability to move, lift, and handle equipment, supplies, and other objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
