Interior Designer

We are seeking an ambitious Junior Interior Architect to join our team at The Inside View Interior Design. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in Revit and gain experience in the interior design industry.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience. Our office is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get to work.

In this role, you will be working closely with our Lead Designers to assist in the design process, from concept to completion. You will be responsible for tasks such as documenting existing conditions, field measurements, and picking up redlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate as a draftsman under the supervision of others, including documenting existing conditions, field measurements, and picking up redlines.
• Able to take existing drawings and input into Revit.
• Able to develop a basic understanding of how codes and standards affect design, including layout of spaces and selection of materials.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor of Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited program.
• 0-3 years of experience (or internship experience) in the Interior Design industry.
• Basic digital drawing skills and knowledge.
