Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Customer Service Representative who excel in a performance-oriented sales atmosphere. This position offers a competitive base salary along with commission opportunities, rewarding those who achieve outstanding results.

The compensation for this role ranges from $16 to $17 per hour, supplemented by commission. Top achievers can earn between $80,000 and $90,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a significant volume of outbound calls daily while posing qualifying inquiries.
  • Guide customers to obtain competitive quotes from licensed agents.
  • Achieve and exceed performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in a fast-paced call center environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, phone, and computer skills.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients in a dynamic setting.
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance and be available for on-site work.
