Job Overview

Great Lakes KIA is seeking a Customer Service Representative

We are in search of an enthusiastic and approachable individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative within the Great Lakes Auto Group.

This role serves as the initial point of contact for clients and guests, requiring exceptional customer service and organizational abilities.

The Customer Service Representative will be tasked with providing clear directions, addressing customer inquiries, and offering support to the team.


Compensation & Schedule:

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with a competitive pay range of $16-$18/hr, depending on experience.
We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life insurance, Paid Time Off (including Vacation, Sick, and Personal Days), among other perks.

Candidates must be available for weekend and evening shifts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and clients in person and over the phone; respond to inquiries or direct them appropriately.
  • Uphold customer service standards by assessing and enhancing visitor experiences.
  • Guide visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; provide instructions as needed.
  • Ensure security by adhering to protocols; keep a logbook of activities.
  • Maintain a tidy and secure reception area by following established procedures and regulations.
  • Ensure continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
  • Support team objectives by achieving related results as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a professional setting.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to effectively engage with team members and clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
