Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Behavior Intervention Specialist to support the academic and personal growth of students with behavioral and developmental challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with behavioral and developmental challenges.
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
- Assist in the development of social, communication, and learning skills.
- Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to ensure student success.
- Maintain ethical standards and follow all professional guidelines.
Requirements:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
- Experience working with children with behavioral or developmental challenges preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under the supervision of a BCBA and follow specific intervention plans.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
