ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following points outline the responsibilities of the Lead Implementation Analyst:
  • Design and support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including integration with material handling and third-party systems.
  • Provide business process analysis related to WMS and its integration points.
  • Develop functional business specifications, testing strategies, sustainment plans, and implementation checklists.
  • Understand user operations, anticipate needs, and pursue efficient solutions through application configuration and deployment.
  • Communicate complex ideas and designs to Distribution Center Operations, customers, Project Leads, Developers, and Vendors across portfolio-wide projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; a focus on Information Technology or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with any WMS (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle, JDA).
  • Experience in Information Technology, specifically in application analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
