ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following points outline the responsibilities of the Lead Implementation Analyst:
- Design and support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including integration with material handling and third-party systems.
- Provide business process analysis related to WMS and its integration points.
- Develop functional business specifications, testing strategies, sustainment plans, and implementation checklists.
- Understand user operations, anticipate needs, and pursue efficient solutions through application configuration and deployment.
- Communicate complex ideas and designs to Distribution Center Operations, customers, Project Leads, Developers, and Vendors across portfolio-wide projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; a focus on Information Technology or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with any WMS (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle, JDA).
- Experience in Information Technology, specifically in application analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
