About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Rehabilitation Services and Fitness Departments. As the Director of Fitness & Rehabilitation Services, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the daily operations of these departments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the Rehabilitation Services and Fitness Departments, including staff utilization and budgetary responsibility.
- Develop and implement internal marketing strategies to promote our services and programs.
- Support the development and implementation of well-being programs and initiatives.
- Ensure departmental and regulatory compliance.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology); Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of three years' direct patient care experience.
- Minimum of one year's management experience.
- Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing.
