Para-Educator Substitute Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Para-Educator Substitute to join our team at Stanton Community School District. As a Para-Educator Substitute, you will provide support to students and teachers in a variety of settings, including classrooms and special education programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers with instructional activities and lesson planning
  • Provide individualized support to students with diverse needs
  • Help maintain a safe and organized learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with children and/or individuals with special needs preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
