About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess welds using precision tools such as magnifiers and calipers.
  • Must meet qualifications as per AWS D 17.1 and QOP-62-02 standards.
  • Ability to produce x-ray quality welds is essential.
  • Conduct rework and repairs as necessary.
  • Execute various welding tasks.
  • Operate welding equipment effectively.
  • Weld components on tubing, ducts, tanks, and similar structures.


Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Candidates must provide weld samples from at least three different material groups for evaluation.
  • Familiarity with automatic and semi-automatic welding machines is required.
  • Experience with ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their alloys is necessary.
  • Certifications may be required based on recent experience.
