F&I Training Specialist

Job Summary:
The Dealer Account Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing assistance, resolving issues, and facilitating requirements to enhance MarketSource's position in existing and target accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a plan to grow revenue of assigned accounts while seeking new business
- Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships
- Develop a territory management plan to maximize time with customers
- Develop strategies, proposals, and forecasts
- Seek to improve customer experience and productivity by collecting, analyzing, identifying, and presenting information
- Develop and conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Prepare quotes and customer correspondences
- Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of calls, customer files, & activity information
- Partner with designated representatives on calls for assigned accounts
- Prioritize and identify more critical and less critical activities and tasks; adjusts priorities when appropriate
Requirements:
- Self-starter with the ability to seek opportunities to go above and beyond job requirements in order to achieve stated goals and objectives
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to engage customers in a consultative manner and effectively recommend additional products and services
- Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet research and web based presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to function as a solid team player and work closely with teammates, field sales, and customer care to create a superior customer experience
- Ability to take independent action, implement new ideas or potential solutions without prompting; does not wait for others to take action or to request action
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- 1+ years of industry-specific experience
