Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Specialist 3 to join our team at Central Counties Center for Mental. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing consultative services and technical assistance to program staff, government agencies, community organizations, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement agency programs, providing guidance to others as needed.
  • Conduct comprehensive chart reviews to ensure compliance across IDD programs.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager to identify and address trends, create training material, and assist in training staff.
  • Provide input on the development of quality control policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Train new staff on note correction process and participate in the development of new trainings for IDD services.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in social work or a related field.
  • Experience in social service financial eligibility determination, auditing, or investigating work.
  • Ability to interpret and apply TAC codes as it relates to Service Coordination.
  • Ability to proficiently utilize computer programs, e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to effectively handle potentially aggressive behavior in a positive manner.
