This fully remote position requires occasional travel to the corporate office, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate financial forecasts by analyzing historical data and market trends.
- Reconcile revenue on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Address reconciling items or incomplete data with healthcare plans.
- Conduct monthly financial variance analysis.
- Allocate and analyze revenue received in cash, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Review monthly and quarterly sales and marketing enrollment commissions to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Assist in creating and refining Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation for the Accounting & Finance department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in accrual accounting and financial analysis.
- Healthcare experience, particularly Medicaid experience, is highly preferred.
- CPA certification or CPA track is preferred.
