Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues related to billing, service requests, and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talk to customers by phone or in person to receive orders for installation, turn-on, discontinuance, change in service, or change of address and process same by computer.
  • Determine charges for service requested and determine deposits, if any.
  • Frequently interview customers and others by telephone to answer inquiries and complaints pertaining to bills, customer deposits, and accounts using a computer.
  • Respond to complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures, such as low pressure or discolored water to designated departments for investigation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Valid Driver's License must be maintained.
  • General computer skills, including computers, smart phones, tablets, and/or other handheld devices.
  • General mechanical and plumbing repair and diagnosis preferred.
