Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Worker to join our team at the U.S. Marine Corps. As a Custodial Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our personnel and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as floor buffers and scrubbers
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed
  • Report any hazardous conditions or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
