Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Delaware State University. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and support various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for students, faculty, and staff
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Assist with student registration, record-keeping, and data entry
  • Process withdrawal forms and assist with midterm and final grading
  • Support commencement activities and other events as needed
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and other software applications
Requirements
  • High school graduation or equivalent
