Business Development Manager

Tennessee Sign Company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets. You will also be responsible for building and managing a successful sales team, providing training and ensuring team performance.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Owner or General Manager to develop annual sales plans, outlining activities to achieve sales quotas.
- Lead a sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Demonstrate expertise in selling products and services, using Brand Standards to make recommendations to clients and prospects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects, identifying opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software.
$75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.
