Your Role

As a Property Management Associate, you will play a crucial role in connecting residents with their new homes and fostering a sense of community. You are driven, proactive, and committed to achieving success while embodying our core values of passion, teamwork, integrity, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your daily tasks may include:

  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance occupancy and rental performance.
  • Engage with potential residents through various marketing channels and facilitate property tours.
  • Set a benchmark for staff interactions with both prospective and current residents.
  • Assist in training team members and demonstrate effective sales strategies.
  • Oversee rent collection processes, addressing delinquent accounts as necessary.
  • Contribute to budget management by making informed financial decisions.
  • Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
  • Conduct inspections during resident transitions and assess property conditions.
  • Assume responsibilities of the Property Manager in their absence.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess:
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of experience in leasing or property management.
  • Familiarity with property management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules.
  • A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • High integrity and professionalism.
  • The physical capability to perform job-related tasks, including property inspections.
