Job Title: Division Director

Green Group Companies is seeking a highly skilled Division Director to oversee the ongoing operations and procedures of the Green Group Division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a leadership role, with a minimum of 8 years of related experience in the green industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive sustainable growth.
  • Lead and manage regional heads to optimize performance and collaboration.
  • Ensure company vision, standards, and protocols are followed.
  • Oversee daily operation, manage budget, and set performance objectives.
  • Responsible for the financial results, revenue, and operating income of assigned branch locations.
  • Work to ensure customer satisfaction, sales, and retention success.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Vice President of Operations to establish region and branch goals and objectives.
  • Implement and achieve the goals and objectives of the division, ensuring they are communicated to all levels of management, operations, sales, and office staff.
  • Monitor operational performance results against plans by evaluating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Ensure products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all branches following safety, health, and business laws and regulations.
  • Deal with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to subordinates and other team members. Work with People & Culture to aid and develop plans for associate growth and development.
  • Recruit, train, and support Region and Branch Management, as well as conduct regular performance appraisals.
  • Organize and implement training programs as assigned.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align operations with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that all branch service teams understand the overall company objectives as well as their individual department objectives and work together to achieve their stated goals.
  • Work with the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development to maintain proper staffing levels within the Division.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, employee satisfaction, reduce turnover, and increase retention.
  • Serve as a champion for our company people-first culture and values, embodying the principles of empathy, integrity, and respect in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university, minimum of 8 years of related experience in the green industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience. MS/MA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role with at least 7 years of operations management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
  • Certificates, licenses, and registrations as required by federal and state law.
  • Ability to travel extensively within a defined geographic region.

  • Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, specialists, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to define customer problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
