Cleanliness is a top priority at Taco Dirty. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff. Your responsibilities will include sorting and rinsing dirty dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils, as well as sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash and boxes, and carrying clean dishes to the cook's line and other storage areas. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are washed thoroughly and efficiently.   • Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Take out trash and boxes
  • Carry clean dishes to the cook's line and other storage areas
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient dishwashing

**Pre-Requisites:**
  • 16 years of age or older
  • Team player with a good attitude and works with a sense of urgency
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Can work in both hot and cool environments
  • Able to lift at least 20 pounds and frequently squat and bend
  • Self-accountable in upholding high standards
  • Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 8 hours daily, or as needed
