Job Summary

The Director of Finance position at Aimbridge Hospitality requires a highly skilled professional to oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel finance.

Responsibilities

  • Work with transitional teams for onboarding and offboarding of properties to ensure smooth, thorough, and accurate hotel transitions.
  • Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and account reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with VP's of Finance to ensure compliance with hotel and accounting policies and procedures.
  • Complete record retention assignments and ensure hotels comply with legal requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.

Requirements

  • Possess a 4-year Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel finance.
  • Proficient in Windows, Excel, Word for Windows, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in one or more back-office and front-office hotel systems recommended.
