You will effectively manage their vehicle service requirements while collaborating closely with our talented technicians. Your strong communication abilities, keen attention to detail, and automotive expertise will position you as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the repair journey and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly, manage phone inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Discuss repairs and services with customers to ensure they fully understand the work being performed.
- Communicate any changes to the initial cost or time estimates promptly, ensuring transparency.
- Distribute tasks to shop technicians while overseeing the progress and quality of each job.
- Coordinate repairs and payments for vehicles under extended warranty programs.
- Arrange for towing or alternative transportation as necessary, adhering to company standards.
- Monitor vehicle inspection dates and notify customers of upcoming service needs.
What You Will Need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the automotive field is preferred, or a minimum of three years in a fast-paced environment with a strong record in sales and customer satisfaction.
- Solid understanding of automotive technology and the ability to convey this information effectively.
- ASE Service Advisor Certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A valid Driver's License.
- Ability to complete required pre-employment screenings.
- Authorization to work in the USA.
