Spectrum Advanced Manufacturing Technologies, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Information Technology and Information Systems Engineer to become part of our esteemed organization.

This role is pivotal in facilitating activities related to information security, telecommunications, and cybersecurity. The engineer will oversee the planning and implementation of systems and security projects aimed at safeguarding the confidentiality and integrity of data while maintaining the technical infrastructure that supports these efforts, along with various other technical support functions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

IT/IS:


Ensure the efficient operation of the Spectrum IT Server System through System Administration tasks, including monitoring backups and verifying their functionality.

Maintain Key Pass.
Develop and uphold procedures for the current Network Video Recorder.
Oversee and manage the SIEM System, including PC virus control, and provide necessary corrective and preventative actions along with reporting.
Complete and transition the Vulnerability Mitigation Planner program.
Manage Windows Domains, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
Establish virtual meeting rooms using platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams for various purposes.
Support Windows 10 desktops and assist business, program, and manufacturing users in finding licensing options.
Manage access and permissions, maintain IT inventory, and ensure accurate tracking of assets.
Ensure the proper status and capacity of the Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) and actively work on maintaining it.
Continuously update and review the backup contingency plan.
Create, update, and manage procedures and work instructions.

Facility Security/Telecommunications:
Support the Advanced Alarm system interface and maintain facility zone drawings.
Provide support for phone systems, high-speed internet (transitioning to a new provider), and voicemail systems.
Review and develop plans for Site System Security, including camera systems.
Maintain employee access codes and systems.
Control access codes for front gates and exterior perimeter systems, including signage.
Support and maintain biometric locks on doors.
Manage and update the Master Access Control Listing on the Management Server.

CMMC and Cybersecurity:
Lead the NIST Security System Plan (SSP) and work towards achieving CMMC Certification Level 2.
Begin reviewing and providing recommendations for necessary multi-factor authentication and patch management systems.
Offer customer Cybersecurity Compliance Planning and maintain relevant documentation.
Define, create, and execute cybersecurity phishing and penetration testing requirements.
Maintain documentation control for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:


A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

An Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Experience with Windows Server 2012 – 2019, Windows 10, and legacy platforms (NT, XP, 7) is essential.
Knowledge of Exchange 2016 Administration, Cisco firewalls, and switching is required.
Familiarity with VMWare and ESet is beneficial.
