Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including excellent medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) plan with company match, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner to join our team at The George Washington University Hospital. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with obstetricians and gynecologists to provide high-quality patient care, educate patients and families, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care to patients, including prenatal, postpartum, and well-woman visits.
- Conduct routine examinations, order diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans under the supervision of an attending physician.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and manage complex cases.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
- Current certification as an NP in OB/GYN.
- At least one year of experience as an NP in an acute care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This position is located at The George Washington University Hospital, a 395-bed academic medical center in downtown Washington, D.C.
