Job Title: Social Media Manager/Content Creator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee the creation and dissemination of engaging content across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in videography, video editing, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to drive traffic to our websites and increase sales and revenue.
  • Produce high-quality video content, including short-form and long-form videos, for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand content requirements and ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to secure sponsorships and collaborations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and videography/video editing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

This is a salaried position with a competitive salary of $65,000 per year. The average weekly workload is 60 hours, split between the three businesses. The position requires on-site work, with the potential for editing videos at home. The ideal candidate will be available to work most weekends, as many weddings and functions take place during this time.
