Dishwasher Steward

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher Steward to join our team at Crescent Hotels and Resorts. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dining areas.

• Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, including washing, drying, and storing dishes, glassware, and silverware.
• Ensure all kitchen areas, including the back dock, are clean and free of clutter.
• Break down trays, set up the dish machine, and wash dishware using proper procedures.
• Sort and store clean china, glass, and silverware using proper procedures.
• Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside.
• Thoroughly clean the dock area and dumpster.
• Break down the dish machine and clean inside and outside.
• Clean all breakdown tables.
• Clean tile walls and baseboards.

• Ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Ability to work well with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
