We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher Steward to join our team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, including washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes, glassware, and silverware.
- Ensure all kitchen areas, including the dock and back areas, are clean and free of clutter.
- Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain its cleanliness.
- Sort and store clean dishes, glassware, and silverware in a manner that ensures easy access and minimizes breakage.
- Empty trash cans and wash them thoroughly.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.62 and a positive work environment that values teamwork and customer satisfaction.
