Dry Plant Operations Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Dry Plant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our frac sand processing plant in Bainville, Montana. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing production targets, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of plant personnel, including operators and maintenance staff
- Oversight of dry processing of frac sand, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules
- Monitor and adjust production processes and equipment settings to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to promote a safe working environment for all employees
- Coordinate with other departments, including maintenance and site manager, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
- Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and safety inspections
- Provide training and mentorship to staff
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Assist in the development and execution of operational budgets and resource allocation
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a dry processing plant or similar industrial environment
- Knowledge of frac sand processing and related equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in safety regulations and best practices within an industrial setting; Knowledge of MSHA requirements preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a plant environment, which may include exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, 8-12 hour shifts, days or nights, weekends and holidays, overtime as needed
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
