Asgard Resources is a leading frac sand processing company in North America, providing essential services to the oil and gas industry.

We are seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Technician to maintain our wet and dry plants and mining equipment at our facilities in Montana and North Dakota. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime through preventative, predictive, and emergency maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing conveyors, pumps, heavy machinery, and other mining equipment
  • Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
  • Executing welding tasks as needed
  • Assisting with the installation of new equipment and plant operations
  • Ensuring compliance with MSHA safety standards
  • Managing parts inventory and lubricating equipment per OEM specifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance within mining, processing, or industrial settings, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team, along with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.

A competitive salary based on experience is offered, estimated around $70,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, dental and vision insurance options, and opportunities for professional development.
