Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to assist in the design and production of civil site projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with AutoCAD Civil 3D software and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead civil site projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
  • 4-6+ years of professional experience in site design.
  • Tennessee PE or ability to achieve by reciprocity within 6 months.
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D experience.
  • Experience in site design, entitlements, and permitting with local jurisdictions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Effective oral and written communication.
  • Experience with permitting processes and procedures.
  • Background in turnkey site design in residential, multi-family, or commercial settings.
  • Knowledge of green infrastructure and LID.
